Terms and Conditions

The Great Mountain Tree Services team would like to thank you for your business! When your estimate/invoice is attached. we require A PORTION OF total services down. 

This ensures our business relationship has been established and secured. Once we receive the payment, we will place you on the calendar. It is a first come first serve basis. There are instances when we need to alter the schedule. They most common two are:

If there is an emergency (business or personal), we will need to push your date back. If there is imminent weather (typically heavy rain, as our teams DO work in snow) we will need to push your date back. 

Once our services are completed, we require the remaining balance to be paid in full. We accept a three month financing option ( over 4000) to customers who require flexibility. (Arrangements need to be made when downpayment is received)
